Altaire

I saw some pretty big trawlers during my time in Shetland, including the pelagic trawler 'Altaire' (LK429). It fishes for herring and mackerel in the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, At 76m long, it is one of the largest trawlers in the UK, dwarfing nearby inshore boats.
