These 25ft tall cowboy boots were created together with a 44ft cowboy hat by local artist, Lewis Nasmyth, for the western-themed "Premium Tex" gas station in Seattle's Georgetown neighbourhood.
The gas station operated from 1954-1988, local community activists were able renovate the Hat & Boots, which were moved to nearby Oxbow Park in 2003 & have become much-loved local icons.
